Terms of Use

Welcome to the Platform (VKG, hereinafter referred to as the Platform). These Terms of Use cover use of our Platform (as described below) and all content available through the Platform.

By using the Platform, you automatically agree to the terms and conditions set out in this document (hereinafter: Terms). The materials on this Platform are protected by copyright, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, international conventions and treaties, and all other relevant intellectual property and proprietary laws.

Your access to and use of the Platform also depends on whether you agree with and comply with the Privacy Policy of VIRU KEEMIA GRUPP AS (hereinafter: VKG), which is published at: Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy describes our policies and procedures regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information when you use our Platform.

Like most websites, this Platform uses "cookies". A cookie is essentially a text file that is stored on a user's device when they visit a website. Cookies are used to improve your experience and analyze the performance of the Platform. If you wish, you can disable the use of cookies in your browser settings.

Use of the Service

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You undertake to:

• Provide true information when creating an account, including registering under your real name and using a valid email address;
• Ensure that the submitted data does not violate the rights of third parties and is not in conflict with the applicable law and good morals;
• Keep confidential any information disclosed to you on or through the Platform;
• Keep your account username and password safe and confidential. A breach of the confidentiality of the password is considered to be its disclosure to third parties, which allows third parties to use the account. A third party would be considered to be any natural person other than the user. The user is responsible for any breaches and damages caused, as well as for all actions performed using the user's password and account.
• Immediately notify us of the loss of the password and/or username fixed for the use of the Platform or of it falling into the possession of third parties. If you have not notified us of the possible disclosure of your identification data to third parties, we have the right to restrict your use of the Platform or suspend your right to use it until you have set a new password. You are responsible for the obligations and other actions taken with the help of the identification data until you have not notified us of the disclosure of the identification data to third parties and we have had a reasonable time to prevent the use of the Platform.

You are prohibited from:

• Use the Platform for fraud or any other illegal purpose;
• Upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malware that is or may be used in a way that affects the functionality or functioning of the Platform;
• Mine data on the Platform, hack, auto-browse, or monitor it;
• Collect or store data on the Platform for any purpose that is not in accordance with the Terms of Use;
• Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or modify the platform.

Disclaimer

Content made available in connection with or through the Platform is provided on an "as is" basis, without any express or implied warranties. We are not liable for incidental or indirect damages arising from the use of the Platform, as well as for any loss of profit.

Changes to the Terms of Use

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If the change is significant, we will do our best to notify you at least 14 days in advance before it takes effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to use the Platform after the entry into force of these amendments, you agree to the Terms as amended by default.

Restriction of access and compensation for damage

In the event of a breach of the Terms set out herein, we may immediately suspend, terminate or restrict your access to our Platform, either partially or completely. In this case, we are not obliged to notify you.

If damage occurs as a result of a violation of the Terms, VKG has the right to demand compensation for damage from the user of the Platform.

Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

The legal relationships arising from the use of the Platform are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia, regardless of the user's country of residence or location.

We wish to resolve any disagreements arising from these Terms and Conditions first through mutual negotiations. If no agreement is reached, the dispute will be resolved by the Harju County Court.
