Your privacy is important to us and we want to be a reliable partner. Based on this, we have prepared the principles of this Privacy Policy.

With this Privacy Policy, we would like to explain to you what data we collect, how we use it and what are your rights to protect your data when you use this tender portal (hereinafter: Platform).

The Privacy Policy is based on the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The purpose of the Privacy Policy is to protect the privacy of customers in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia and the legislation of the European Union.

By sharing their personal data, the data subject grants the Data Processor the right to collect, use, and manage personal data for the purposes specified in the Privacy Policy, which the data subject shares with the Data Processor directly or indirectly when using the Platform.

For the purposes of the Privacy Policy, a data subject is a legal or natural person using the Platform whose personal data is processed by the Data Processor.

Like most websites, this Platform uses "cookies". A cookie is essentially a text file that is stored on a user's device when they visit a website. We collect the following personal data:

• Personal identification code;

• Phone number;

We do not aim to process special categories of data (GDPR art 9). At the same time, we cannot definitively exclude the processing of these data if the data subject decides to disclose the special categories of data to us.

You have the right to request details of the data we collect about you. The data subject has the right to correct their data if it is incorrect or incomplete.

When we receive personal information about you from a third party, we protect it in accordance with this Privacy Policy and the laws of the Republic of Estonia. If you share the data of a third party yourself, you confirm that you have the right and permission to do so.

We would like to resolve any disagreements arising from this Privacy Policy through mutual negotiations. In order to ensure fair and transparent processing for the data subject, we are also obliged, pursuant to the applicable legislation, to inform the data subjects of the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in Estonia, the Data Protection Inspectorate).

The Data Processor takes all reasonably necessary measures to ensure that your data is processed securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy document. As the Privacy Policy is updated, we will revise the updated date at the bottom of the Privacy Policy. If you continue to visit and use our Platform after the Privacy Policy has been updated, we will consider this as your tacit consent to the changes.
